What you can and cannot do on the portal is defined by your access level AND restrictions that are applied to either an Official ASIC notice or individual transaction.
The table below defines the general access rules that apply; however, there may be exceptions. Access to a notice is restricted by default to Senior administrators and the recipient of the notice, which means the access levels in relation to notices for other roles described below will not apply. Senior administrators and recipients of a notice can grant access to the notice to another portal user.
For example, if a user with Editor access is granted access to a notice or transaction, the access rules described below will apply, i.e. the Editor will be able to view the notice or transaction but cannot submit a response to us.
